Cradle Of Calima Culture

Calima culture, is a set of ancient cultures that inhabited the department of Valle del Cauca. The excavations, studies and findings metalwork and pottery indicate that the region was densely populated and that was a major center of jewelry, making this region a center of Indian trade.


Restrepo is the only city with a park museum where you will find copies, "guacas" and representative pieces of this mysterious culture.
